What is a coach and why do I need one?
Using the analogy of physical health, a wellbeing coach can be likened to hiring a personal trainer. Both aim to achieve peak fitness but one is physical and one is mental/emotional.

I focus on emotional and social wellbeing using a Positive Psychology Coaching approach.

About me

I have a Master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology and a Certificate in Resilience Coaching. This has led me to specialise in Positive Psychology Coaching (PPC), working both with individuals and running wellbeing workshops. Providing education on subjects such as self-care, stress management and applying Positive Psychology to real life. 

What is Positive Psychology?

Positive psychology focuses on applying strengths and building positive resources, this differs from traditional talking therapies, which focus on areas of difficulty with the aim of reducing the negative effects.

PERMA = Positive emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning and Accomplishment.

This is the basic coaching model. I help you identify any area of your life or a goal that you would like to work on. I guide you through the process even if you don’t know what it is you want to achieve.
